This privacy policy applies to the site gmg.immo, operated by GMG Green Media Group Sàrl ("GMG", "we"), a limited liability company registered in the Swiss commercial register. GMG.immo is its property video, drone and photography brand.

GMG is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

Scope

This policy covers the personal data processed in connection with:

• visiting the site gmg.immo;
• submitting the contact form;
• the lead records created in our customer relationship management system (CRM), Odoo.

Legal basis for processing

• Swiss law (Federal Act on Data Protection — FADP, in force since 1 September 2023): processing rests on our legitimate interest in operating a showcase site and responding to enquiries.
• European Union law (GDPR), where it applies: art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and (f) (legitimate interest).

Data we collect

Through the contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your agency name (optional);
• your telephone number (optional);
• the service or services you are interested in, and the region concerned;
• the content of your message (a description of your project).

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a possible business relationship. It is passed directly to our CRM (Odoo);this site keeps no copy of it.

Portfolio videos

The videos of our work are hosted on our own server and load only when clicked. No third-party platform (YouTube, Vimeo and the like) is involved: playing them triggers no request and no cookie to any external service.

Audience measurement

We use Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics tool self-hosted on our own infrastructure (in Switzerland). Umami sets no cookies and collects no personal identifier: only aggregated data is recorded (the page viewed, an approximate country derived from the IP address — without that address being retained — device type and browser). This information cannot identify you individually.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies — no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel, no third-party cookie. Audience measurement (Umami) works without cookies and the videos are self-hosted: the site calls no external service.

Who has access to your data (processors)

We use the following providers to operate the site and the CRM. Each is contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable law.

Cross-border transfers

Enquiries sent through the form, and the resulting lead records, are transferred from Switzerland to Odoo's cloud, located in the European Union (Saint-Ghislain, Belgium).

The European Union is recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing an adequate level of protection (Annex 1 to the Data Protection Ordinance — DPO). No additional safeguard is required. We transfer your data to no country outside Switzerland or the European Union.

Retention

Lead records are kept in Odoo for as long as the business relationship is active, then deleted on request. As this site stores no copy of the messages, retention is controlled directly in the CRM.

Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to statutory retention obligations);
• Objection — object to the processing of your data;
• Restriction — request that processing be restricted;
• Portability (GDPR only) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

• In Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) —www.edoeb.admin.ch;
• In the EU: the supervisory authority of the member state where you reside.

To exercise any of these rights, email us. We respond to every request within 30 days.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and contractual guarantees with our processors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page corresponds to the version in force.
